The buffet style breakfast, continental and cooked, was very good. The swimming pool looked very inviting, but we didn't have time to use it.

The Pomme D'Or Hotel is perfectly placed (50 meters from main bus station) for using the efficient and frequent bus services to all parts of the Island. An easy walk out to the best parts of St Helier. For extra special fish meal Quayside restaurant is just across the road. Not cheap but superb food in a lovely room/terrace. Just a perfect place to be in Jersey.

Easy access for all of Jersey from the 10 minute bus station. Beach and cafe within 5 minutes walk. Elizabeth Castle and the Marina view from our room and to the left was the stunning beach. Very interesting and necessary history all round to learn about the hardships of the Island over the years and how they have prospered since. Loads of lovely restaurants for a variety of choice. Get a 1, 2 or 3 day bus pass and just hop on and off when a place takes your fancy!

It was so clean and there were plenty of amazing shops, restaurants and bars. We were lucky to be there for Liberation Day which was amazing. You don't actually need a car as everything in the town is in easy walking distance and the buses take you all around the Island from the centre of town. Everyone we came across was friendly and the atmosphere in town was warm and welcoming. The only down side is that they still operate Sunday closing where almost all the shops are closed. The place was deserted. We made the mistake of eating at Bohemia which is a Michelin starred restaurant. Not only super expensive but utterly pretentious and the staff were particularly rude. St Helier isn't a cheap place but we had a lovely meal at Aromas and The Oyster Box in St Brelades Bay. The Island is small so all the places are easily accessible by taxi or for those fit enough by bicycle. There was plenty to occupy children too.

I hadn't considered what to expect in Jersey but was pleasantly surprised.
The island is beautiful with a very laid-back feel to it.
St Helier is the perfect size to walk around with plenty of places to eat and drink, and nice quality shops. It has the feel of a nice country town.
Be aware that most restaurants close around 9.00pm so don't get caught out!
The bus from outside the airport took us straight to the town and it is easy to travel around the island from the bus station in St Helier. Helpful staff and a choice of bus tickets for longer stays.
We took an afternoon tour around the island which helped us decide which areas we wanted to visit again. We visited in spring so the blossoms were out, and Jersey has the most beautiful vast beaches.
Friendly and helpful people everywhere we went which added to the experience.

Good size room with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. All hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and food was great. Considering we had to self-isolate in the room for 27 hours waiting for PCR test results, the hotel staff were very accommodating and all food/drink was available on room service. Nice indoor and outdoor pools with sun loungers (once we were allowed out). Spacious bar and restaurant area. Approx. 15 minute walk to town centre.
Outstanding Hotel in every respect and can highly recommend. We had a large Seaview room and although the road outside is extremely busy and noisy it did not blight our stay in Jersey. It's a lovely island and we would love to come back some day. The facilities and the hotel were amazing and we took advantage of the pool and steam room. Breakfast was plentiful and outstanding, the waiting staff professional, efficient and friendly, a credit to the Hotel.
Hotel was like an oven, far too hot for comfort. The room was baking and I could t sleep. Contacted reception who promised to move me whilst I went to work, but they failed to do so. Really terrible.stay. I get the raft of good feedback but not the experience I had. I even emailed the general manager regarding my stay... he's not bothered to even acknowledge my email let alone reply to it. Disgusting
The hotel is in a convenient station in walking distance from the town centre and the sea. there is also a bus stop right outside the hotel..
We had two rooms , a double and a family. They were both clean spacious and comfortable rooms. The family room which was actually two adjoining rooms was perfect .
The staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel was spotless. The pool area was a lovely place to relax and was a real highpoint for this hotel. While the hotel is not the most up to date it represents good value for money. The hotel was an easy 10-15 minute walk from the town centre and bus station.
10 mins walk to town centre and across the road from the Lido. Also hotel parking Rooms were clean and although a shortage of staff ( due to Covid etc) they were very helpful. Once restrictions are lifted in the next few weeks I’m sure everything will be back to normal. Recommended.
Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was perfect - plentiful and always served with a smile. Our room was spotless and very tastefully decorated. The owners are obviously passionate about keeping extremely high standards across the board.
I thought the staff were very pleasant and helpful - it is central and they let us use the spa when we had a late sailing, for a shower and change so they were extremely helpful. The hotel is pretty central so handy for town centre and port.
I like the location for ferry & not far from town centre.
Accommodation was very good & staff very polite but when busy service not so good.
Reception staff very professional & polite.
Would stay again & recommend the hotel to others.
The staff are amazing lovely people. Rooms very clean and the best location. The cafe downstairs is really nice and the cocktail bar is like something in London it’s unreal 😍😍best place in jersey by far ❤️😘
Great location, near to the town centre and opposite a lovely park. A no-nonsense hotel/ guest house, secure and comfortable, especially if you aren’t planning to spend an entire day there.
Location is great for town centre and the ferry, good pub across the road. Swimming pool looked to be a decent size for a hotel pool, but we didn’t get to use it.
Beautiful hotel and facilities head waitress (from the Broch you know who you are!!) and senior reception staff excellent very welcoming and attentive.
