This is a great motel, quiet, modern spacious and very clean room. Easy parking and close to main street and eateries.
One of them most comfortable beds we have ever slept in! Top quality linens, microwave, toaster and crockery and cutlery, even washing up materials if you wanted to bring a take away back.
There is an amazing cafe, Roses, literally next door with fabulous food and coffee. Open for breakfast and lunch and there are many good dining options nearby for an evening meal.
Goulburn has really changed since we were last here, many years ago. It is now a thriving country town with great shops, cafes and restaurants. We will definitely be back when en route to Canberra or Melbourne

The accom is good for a pub room! Good heating, great location. The bedding isn’t particularly comfy but fine for the price paid. I would def recommend Bringing your own pillow if this is important to you and be warned - it’s noisy AF on a weekend. But it is a pub so you shouldn’t be surprised. Like you’re literally above a dj and drunk people. All in all you get what you pay for and it’s fine.

Goulburn is a lovely place and there are lots of historical features to take in.
However, not all significant places are open every day and we only found this out by calling in to the visitors' centre. Most disappointing was a historic house which was noted as open every day but, when we drove out to it, there was a noticed posted there which said they were closed on the day.
The countryside is fantastic and it is very easy to get around.

Stunning! I've never been to Goulburn.
Stunning! I've never been to Goulburn. The architecture and rich history of this town is amazing. We spent most of our Saturday afternoon walking through cobbled lanes and around churches. Bellmore Park is a must see.
The food in Goulburn was great, smashed avo at The Harvest Cafe and Chicken Mignon at The Diggers are must try's.
Back to the Arcade was fabulous catering for our whole family and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. There's nothing I didn't enjoy about our quick trip to Goulburn. We will be back.

Great drive through country farmland out to Carrawang for a dirt-motorbike racing event, off the main road, place you'd never see unless you had a reason to take that path. Drive through Goulburn city centre had a number of nice places to each, and nice pub. Great country ambience.

Fantastic little Motor Inn with very welcoming owners.
Fantastic little Motor Inn with very welcoming owners. While it's a little on the older side, the accommodation was exceptionally well maintained and clean, and fundamentals like water pressure, bathroom, beds, pillows etc were all amazing.
A great stay and would certainly stay again!

goulburn is in a perfect location, about 90km from canberra,196km from sydney,190km from bathurst and 153km from the coast.(wollongong).it is steeped in history witrh many victrorian era buildings and a couple of massive very impressive churches or cathedrals,it boasts one of maybe the only remaining fully working steam engine water pumps, old trains from the past era and of course the impressive rocky hill war mwmorial perched over the city like a guard.,.there is alot more to do in goulburn than can be metioned here, the best thing is to check it out yourself, there is plenty of accommodation in town depending on the season of course

We arrived into Goulburn late and it was cold and wet.
We arrived into Goulburn late and it was cold and wet. We went to The Soldiers Club for dinner and all the staff were friendly, meal was nice. Unfortunately we had to leave early next morning so we didn't see a lot.
Room was clean comfortable and very quiet. We had 3 rooms booked and were given rooms next to and opposite each other accessible by back door onto hallway. We needed one room for elderly mother who has low mobility and all rooms were perfect for her. We ate breakfast in restaurant. Good choice on menu and would eat there again. Have already booked three rooms for next catch up in June, Have stayed in a few hotels/motels in Goulburn over the years and this is by far the best and meets all our needs.
Was very central to town, staff were amazing, the room was clean and comfortable and to top the stay of was all the free stuff we all like to shuffle into our bags on departure 😀 this motel went well beyond the normal hotels. There where slippers, tooth care, shaving kits, combs and the list goes on. When I complemented the staff on there array of freebies they said we love to please our customers. We will be coming back to stay the next time we are in Goulburn. Thanks guys.
With a great location, and friendly staff, this was my second visit to the Quest Goulburn. It was a short visit, only one night - my husband and I didn’t have any issues checking in, etc.
They have all that parking that you can book, and pay for, although we did this and then when we arrived there were no parking spaces left. Luckily, we were able to park close by and were refunded the charge for the parking.
As soon as you open the door you are greeted by lovely staff who are genuinely caring about their customers. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious (for a hotel room). Fabulous location with fast food outlets a short walk away and the famous Trappers Bakery at the end of the driveway. If you need a comfy, clean place to stay in Goulburn that doesn't break the bank, definitely check out Bakehouse Motel.
The room was clean, spacious, nicely furnished and decorated. Beds were comfortable. Quiet location with ample parking. We were able to buy dinner at the hotel / motel which the suites are part of and take it back to our room. The meal was even nicely cooked. We had a really pleasant stay in Goulburn and look forward to returning to this lovely surprise accomodation. It is excellent.
Beautiful federation cottage a ten minute walk from the Main Street of Goulburn.
Very quiet.
Warm, cosy, comfortable.
Lovely continental breakfast in the classic dining area complete with window seat.
Very pleasant and helpful host who even included a bag of home grown tomatoes on departure.
Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.
I cancelled my booking on arrival as was not happy with atmosphere of a hotel. The parking area at the back was not secure as this is why the girl told me I could cancel.
I should have received an email from booking.com to say that I would not be charged for this cancellation at the last minute but have not as yet.
We liked the location. It was walking distance to the CBD, clubs and railway station. We were told to #### off for complaining about health standards on arrival so we cannot comment on anything about inside the rooms as we never got that far. We did like there were motels close by clean and cheaper.
Amazing 1 bedroom apartment/suite. Full sized bath, functional kitchen with oven. Couldn't ask for more, however Henry the chap at the check in desk was next level. The most accommodating and friendly person that I encountered at any hotel stay in all my years travelling. Thank you and I'll be back.
Modern motel. Solid structure so well soundproofed between rooms. Booked deluxe king. Spacious and well set out. Large bathroom. Meticulous housekeeping.
Rose Cafe just next door - best place in Goulburn for breakfast and lunch.
This is our regular stop when travelling from Melbourne. Comfortable and clean accommodation in an ideal location within walking distance of the shops. The next door cafe is one of the best in Goulburn and great for breakfast.
We were a group of 7 people and had 3 rooms. We left the hotel at 5 a.m. the next day, so we didn’t have the chance to have breakfast. The accommodation was very convenient.
