I absolutely loved the ease with which my stay started - right from the check-in till the time I had checked out. Tourist places like Agra has a major foreign tourist footfall, and I was a bit sceptical about how the ratings have been done since foreigners often give high ratings. But everything was perfect... I had a late check-in, the room was ginormous and comfortable and each in-room services were perfect and so comfortable. Due to month of travelling and the unreasonably hot weather, I had to arrange all my trips for early mornings and the hotel ensured that I had wake-up calls to serve that purpose. The special brochure amenities are excellent and I will recommend them for all future travelers.

Everything,Mr ghimiray and his team were exceptional, they really took care of me and my family.we stayed in the jr suite and it was very well appointed and all the departments of the hotel were very cooperative and eager to cater our needs, best property location wise if u want to see Taj Mahal.

Beautiful Mughal design with modernizations. Rooms were comfortable and very clean. Nice facilities including gym and pool. Food was excellent. Every staff member were very friendly and helpful!

So the interior was still clean and tidy. But I mentioned below some parts that I observed that were not maintained well. And that if the management won't pay close attention to these details, and the staff doesn't work well, the hotel wouldn't look good in just a few months or a year. But, I do appreciate the staff that were so friendly and helpful. I just order the rest of my food from the hotel to keep safe from any food poison and I had no problem with food during a 1 week stay in Agra. The location is quiet and safe. There's a gym on the same street, just a few walk from the hotel, as well as 2 supermarkets located on the same building where the gym was. There's also ATM machine on the other side of the street as well. So location was really convenient for my stay. The rooftop will provide you a good view of sunrise early morning.
