Very clean and spacious, attractive room, huge comfortable bed with good quality bed linen, big TV, spacious bathroom, large shower cubicle and great towels, first meal in the restaurant was delicious (beef bourguignon), good local ale at a reasonable price, breakfast was mixed but full English was very good. Dark haired lady on duty on our first night was lovely, friendly and very professional (apologies for not having a name). Contact via the app was good and the code access worked well. We enjoyed our stay.

The room was spotless. Staff really friendly. Had a evening meal at the brown Cow and it was really good value staff there amazing. Couldn't fault anything.

Built around 1590 as a miner's cottage known as 'Dove Cottage', The Langstrath Country Inn is a small family-run property offering accommodation in Stonethwaite. Parking is available. Full English breakfast was great. Kept us going all day. Loved the country atmosphere, scenery excelled

Located in Barrow-in-Furness, Ormsgill Inn features free WiFi access and free private parking. Guests can enjoy a drink at the on-site bar, as well as the pool table and darts board. Staff were lovely and very attentive, always asking if everything was OK. Breakfast was delicious. Bed was very comfy. Even went above and beyond to change our room as couldn't manage the stairs. The rooms were quite spacious, staff were wonderful, rooms and facilities were very clean and would definitely come back and recommend to anyone visiting Lake District

El lloc, molt tranquil, el personal mooolt atent i molt amable. Son encantadors i ho tenen tot molt net. Ens ha encantat a tota la familia. Per repetir si anem per aquella zona alguna altre vegada.

Situated in Levens, 18 km from World of Beatrix Potter, The Hare and Hounds, Levens features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. The guidebook in the room was very helpful and provided information about things to do in the Lake District area, by foot or car. I took a 45 minute walk around the nearby farm and enjoyed quiet, scenic views. The unit we stayed in consisted of a large living room, full kitchen, bedroom, and bath with shower and tub. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant, both meals were scrumptious. There was a great vibe at dinner and it was clear that this is not just a spot for guests, but also popular with the locals. Parking was available just across the street. We would definitely stay here again.
